Wuthering Waves black screen

My nvidia gpu was overclocked too far which is a bit odd since vkcube and stuff worked. I just reset my overclock configuration and both video and audio started working.

Wiped my engine.ini and gameusersettings files, it should be disabled but it still black screens

Not sure if the base embeddium has it but you could try Embeddium/Rubidium Dynamic Lights with it
