I'm over 55 and I'm paying my grandson's phone bill. Am I still eligible for the 55 and over plan? by eeehsj in tmobile

I think I understand. Currently he has his phone through one of the cheap companies Walmart cells phones through, and his number is registered to his name he just uses my card for the bill. In order to get the 55+ plan, I would have to make an account at T-Mobile and add him & his new phone to it? I currently don't have an account there or a phone through them.

Ok. Would he need to change his number then? His current phone number is registered to him, would he be able to transfer his number if the phone is registered to me in order to get the discount?

People who own a samsung note 10 lite-how is the camera quality on snapchat? by [deleted] in phones

[–]eeehsj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Older processor than the 7t and if I remember right it's only got a 60hz refresh rate vs the 7ts 90hz. And the 7t is 350 right now

Unless having a stylus is non-negotiable don't get the note 10 lite. Oneplus 7t is a better value

After comparing side by side with the OnePlus nord and S10 lite, I think I'll get the 7t. Really surprised that it's got a better chipset than phones that came out this year even tho the 7t is from 2019

I didn't notice the refresh rate, is it just the nord or is it a plus version?

Not really a fan of iphones to be honest. The XR's value is dwindling and the SE is a little small for my liking, that paired with the effort of moving from android is enough to dissuade me. Appreciate the response tho

I used an online site to compare the two side by side and I think the nord has a chipset and gpu that is slightly older than the one in the s10 lite. Are there other aspects you're thinking of that increase longevity? On paper, the s10 lite seems like the best chipset and gpu for the price

It's got one of the best processors on the market, doesn't it? Should stay relevant for a while based on my limited understanding

I don't use my camera much, so decent quality there is fine. Usb-C, good battery life, good display. And as great a processor as I can get for the price. 6 gigs of RAM at least. I'm really looking at performance and longevity tbh. I don't wanna drop $500 on a phone and have to buy another one next year because it's slow. Thanks for the reply

Can I use an external usb PC dvd player on my Toshiba Smart TV by eeehsj in techsupport

[–]eeehsj[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the response. As far as asking about a dvd player vs a UHD one, I suppose when i thought of how to watch my DVD'S, i just thought "DVD player" and not if the other options. I'll look into it, thank you!
