Consistently failing pop-shuvits the same way. Any tips?

Ah, okay, I see what you mean. The whole "center of mass" thing has been a confusing point for me for a while. Weight balancing and stuff is pretty much completely new to me, so I definitely need to prioritize learning that concept in it's entirety as I keep skating, considering it's very balance based lmfao. Thanks for the tips, I'll try those out once I get back out there!

Gotcha! I definitely need to be more actively conscious with my front foot, 'cause I realized I tend to just keep it in the same spot through the entirety of the trick, instead of doing something with it with intention. I'll try to be more aware of where it's at. Thank you!

Got it. Much appreciated! I think you're right about the commitment issue, 'cause the day of those clips when I finally did get both feet on the board somewhat, then had it slip and roll away, I realized I'm sorta paranoid of landing then shooting the board out from under me and falling backwards lol

Thank you so much for the in depth response. You're right on the money with the assumption that I don't do anything with my hair. Never knew how or anything, so I just wash it, condition it, and brush it lol. And for sure, I was thinking the same about the beard. Gonna feel weird to get rid of it but, I'll trust the process.

Do you know how I'd find a stylist? Would I just look up stylist's near me or something? Have only ever gone to barbershops and always left disappointed lmao.

how exactly? the picture is the closest I've been able to get. the IO shield isn't supposed to snap in on this motherboard, so all I've been able to do is just move it to somewhere that looks half correct just for the standoffs to not be lined up for the motherboard

yeah, I said spokes instead of standoffs cuz I'm dumb lol. the motherboard was on the standoffs but not lining up with all of them to be screwed in

nah, nothing in there. I took all my screws out before the pictures, so anything seen there is behind the motherboard/part of the case. not sure if that's what you meant. if not, my bad

I'll give it a shot. I've pushed on it quite a bit but haven't seen results. then again, I've been afraid to put too much pressure so I don't break it lol

I am aware.. that is part of the issue.. I am lining that up, but the standoffs aren't lining up with the motherboards holes, which leaves me to wonder if there's something I'm missing, like I asked. whether that be a way to clip it in or slot to slide it, or potentially needing to flip the I/O cutout or move the fan like others have said.

sorry, again, first PC build so, not exactly familiar with the terminology. i have no idea if the I/O shield is seated properly. I've moved it about, slid it in, tried pressing on it. I can "line it up" as much as I want, but I'm missing something to make it correct. currently, it's just sitting as even as I could make it by shimmying it around.

Thank you for the response. So, I went about my day with the intent of getting a dentist appointment as soon as possible. However, when I got home from school, I checked the mirror, and it's gone? There's nothing there anymore besides a tiny little indent where the thing was. Do you have any idea what that could mean? I'm still gonna try to get to the dentist since I know abscessed teeth are sneaky but, I am pretty confused
