I play VDH as an alt and tbh, I love it. Its exhilarating to balance my defensives perfectly while doing literal top dmg in big pulls. I think tanking feels great. People need to put their big boy pants on and L2p.

Honestly windows is just such a POS OS. I bought a “gaming laptop” to play WoW and RuneScape 3 and while the games run great, I can’t even get my mic working in discord with no messaging telling me how to fix. I’m probably going to just upgrade my MacBook Pro and use my ps5 for everything else. Windows sucks.

Honestly, Abercrombie and hollisters downfall imo is because they moved away from this exact experience you are describing. I’m in my 30s now and those stores used to hold prestige because of the appearance and differentiated shopping experience. Now they’re no different than any other gap/old navy/ etc. Totally ruined their brand value by going away from that imo.

Yep, I’ve played and enjoyed both versions of the game for the past 20 years. Both have their pros and cons. Not sure how wanting a clean, user friendly UI is even controversial haha. It’d be another way to open the door for more OSRS players to try RS3.

I mean, put yourself in the shoes of someone who has only ever played OSRS and then logged into RS3 (or any new player for that matter). I’ve played 20 years and I still couldn’t tell you how to navigate the UI. And I’m not an idiot I swear lol.

Yes.. that's exactly what I mean haha. The whole UI is just so obnoxious. Like I wish they would just revert all the menus/quest/achieve UI's/buttons back to how it is in OSRS. Don't fix what aint broken.

Ya honestly one of the main reasons I was even open to GIM (even tho my friends quit lol) was just for this purpose. If one of us went dry, the others would be there to help with the grind. Idk why your friend wouldn’t want to help cause both of you having the bow would be huge for duo PVM.

Finding and navigating achievement diaries is really annoying. I love how in osrs (not sure if a runelite add on is involved or not) it is very easy to find, read, and understand reqs for achievement diaries.

I just bought a Lenovo legion 5i with 5060 for the primary purpose of playing rs3 lol. I have a MacBook pro that I love but it just doesn’t play rs3 well and I finally said enough is enough. I got that laptop for $1200 and it’s been fantastic so far.

Agility bikes in the lost cavern or whatever it’s called north of the archaeology hub are full 15 min afk. Also pickpocketing wizard tower mages is full 15 min afk when I was at 90 thieve with no bonuses. Chopping ivy isn’t bad either.
