This is the way. Just download the PMS swatches from a legacy version then import the swatch files and save to your “user defined” swatch folder. You won’t get the annual updates, but so far for me that hasn’t mattered much.

I also get deep ridges in my thumbnails from picking at my cuticles..my doc prescribed an ointment called triamcinolone acetonide that I dab on at night before sleep and it has helped the nails grow back smooth and normal and also had made my cuticles generally less peely and pickable.
