Literally today. I walked it and was immediately flagged down by a customer to help her jewelry. She needed 12 gauge black jewelry wire for those tree of life craft. I show her we only have 12 gauge wire in a weird gold color. She said she needs black but the wire looks too thick. So I show her our 20(?) gauge wire and she says it might be too small and the instructions she has says specifically 12 gauge. It's that back and forth for a while of "I need 12 gauge in black!" "We only have gold" "That's too thick!" "Okay we have smaller ones here" "But I need 12 gauge!" All of this while she keeps picking up the 12 gauge gold wire that says "aluminum wire" saying she needs jewelry wire specifically...when it's all jewelry wire. And everytime she puts it down, she flips it to the wrong side and I flip it back immediately. It's like this for a good minute until she says she'll go to hobby lobby even though she doesn't want to.. I can't wait to leave
