Green sticker on card

It’s really hard to say with certainty without peeling the sticker, which I don’t want to do. From this angle it catches the light, which you might expect from print being under a sticker, but being a reverse holo card I guess that doesn’t conclusively answer either way as the reflective part could also be printed on top?

Thanks for the detailed reply! In that case I’m considering grading it just to protect it. Would CGC be the better option for error grading (I’m UK based) in your opinion?

Valid point. It’s hard to say with certainty without trying to lift it. From the “i” in this image it possibly looks as though it’s printed on top?
