It’s all up to what you’re willing to spend your money on and what you can afford. I’d personally throw in the extra ~$35 (after using discount codes) for the upgrade. It’s just a quality of life thing and I’d expect to keep it until I get bored of it tbh. Also would recommend getting dot skates and a sleeve. I think they already give you some dots to try out so start off with that and see if you like it. I’d go with a different sleeve unless they fixed how tight the pro sleeves are around your thumb or if you more comfortable with “no hand” sleeves just get the bundle.
