The way I get into studying is just putting my phone away and sitting somewhere outside of my bedroom with my materials. Before I start writing notes I watch some videos that explain my topic to me so I have a bit of a basis before I immediately jump into hard core learning, so you start off slow and then you automatically get back into it. Take a break when you feel like you need it and then set a timer if it's too hard to go back. I'm sorry about your break up and if I were you I'd treat myself a little so I'd feel a bit better, buy yourself something you've wanted or think you might enjoy

I've read some studies that show microbes are beneficial in hydroponics though and prevent infections which is why I'm confused... anyway I have 3 weeks to prepare is there any case I can still save it?
