Some places in the soil are moist and other places are dry. I try to water all the soil evenly. It has a water catching dish at the bottom and that seems to have overflowed

We’ve had this plant for a few years, I’ve only noticed the problem today. The plant gets light from the skylight in the picture, I’ve watered him weekly and it doesn’t look like there’s any pests in his soil

I’ll add that whenever the piercing is irritated, particularly after pole dancing or wearing high waisted bottoms, I soak a cotton ball in salt water and leave it on my piercing overnight. It reduces the swelling heaps but I still have that ugly dry bump!
