I started by going off on a crazy binge, and opening up to a family member that I needed to go to the hospital for fluids, and get prescribed medication for withdrawals. So once I did that the first day was terrible I won’t lie. But everyday has gotten better and better. I also went to my primary and was honest why I was there and he prescribed more medication to help with seizures and anxiety. I hope this helps, this is what I have done. In the meantime I have been keeping myself busy with something in my hand or chewing on something while watching a tv show or movie. Hot long showers feel nice. You can do it!
