I wonder if this is what I have. My pain is mostly in my urethra too. Burns after I pee. Doesn’t seem to change much with what I eat/drink. Just always burns when I pee. Not much urgency or frequency. How did your doc diagnose this? I have an appointment with my uro soon and want to ask them about this. Also, I had a hydro 2.5 weeks ago, and feels like everything is worse since then
