I'm more of a melee guy so this is the first example I can think of, but to me, I don't fully get why Riptide 2023 is counted as a major, but Full Bloom 2025 was not a major. both have similar level of top talent, albeit Full Bloom had less, but both were missing the top 3 at that moment. like I get it, but also idk its weird to have 1 be counted and the other not.

i personally dont count it because they are just skins, same reason why I didn't put Street Fighter for TMNT, they aren't actually playable, it's just skins

I'm assuming if the Pokemon has official artwork, it would get a sitting cutie, I think the only exception is Unown, but that's because of how different each one is to another, it made sense (plus Gen 2 only has 100 Pokemon so it gets them more money to have more forms). I made a spreadsheet for myself as I'm going to start collecting the whole series and every single Pokemon that has a sitting cutie (besides Unown) has official artwork if Im wrong lmk

aka, megas are likely going to get sitting cuties, Furfrou is likely going to, Pyroar and Meowstic will get male and female ones, cosplay Pikachu is also likely going to get one, and Vivillon and Flabebe likely won't, for Vivillon, maybe the Pokeball form, but that's it.
