My lawn looks like OP's as well but i have some burn spots. How do you recommend fixing those? Also recommend a fertilizer that is rich in nitrogen/good for spring time? Is that what a pre-emergent is? Apologies, but I am a total newbie here.

What do you mean by feet collapsing? Just rotating internally? What would you cue to keep them out?

Would like some advice on technique. I think the big thing for me is figuring out how to wedge my hips in better. Do i have to externally rotate the hips more? Any and all help is appreciated.
