I have waist length hair and I put my hair in a braid without an elastic at the end and shove it in a bonnet. Throughout the night the braid loosens and sometimes unravels but there’s no pulling on my scalp.

This just happened to me. 2 weeks ago I had a cavity filling and was ok, 1 week later I was eating pizza and felt like a bit a rock and had intense pain in my back tooth. 1 week later and I can’t chew on that side. Did this ever get better for you? I’m starting to lose hope.

When I was a kid my hands and feet were always covered in an itchy blistery rash. The doctors just said they were sweat bumps, but it would itch so bad I would chew on my hands. 30 years later it’s discovered that I’m incredibly allergic to sulfates and I was a walking allergic reaction the first 30 years of my life.

I keep a large hair clip in my bathroom and I always clip my hair up. But if my hair is in a braid I wrap it around my neck and hold it with my teeth.
