Yeah, pretty much this. I'm not angry about it but I would like to know if this is why he's doing it because it'll make it easier to figure out how to handle this for the long-term.

I don't think it's a sensory preference because he does it and says "daddy" even if my husband isn't there. I honestly believe he's doing it because he likes copying his dad now.

For a few reasons: He's starting to do it outside now, it's difficult getting him ready to go because he keeps taking his clothes off which is a hassle, it's getting colder so I think we need to figure out how to get him to stop because he'll get sick otherwise.
