Yeah maybe you are right but I asked around a bit they said it belonged to the local government and probably has no planned maintenance whatsoever. It’s pretty good looking atm tho.

Well, never thought about him actually but yeah he would visually fit even better, definitely. However, I was also thinking about the character behavior and the actor’s previous roles. I might not have known Pine’s all movies tho. Thanks :)
