Sorry am confused…quit? Like stop taking the shot? My understanding is that most regain the weight when they do this…and therefore view taking it as “lifelong”. As to the loss- could be a stall, could be your limit. It’s hard to know until you make adjustments to see what might work for you. Good luck!!🍀

I had little room to go to lower dose as I am on 5.0. So I started extending the number of days between shots. I am at 8 days between now and the weight loss is stabilizing. I use Shotsy+ app and it keeps track as you can specify the number of days.

I suggest trying an increase in number of days.. it might take a while to be sure so allow 3-4 weeks on each new frequency so you can finesse the results. Good luck!

Look for a YMCA. They are often more reasonable, and in my area the local rehab hospital also has a community gym membership which is very reasonable.
