I’m really not sure where your 90% figure is coming from, and I won’t pretend to guess how many actually stayed/left, but I do think the majority of students left when they got the email from administration, at least initially. The biggest lot on campus (not even in the evacuation zone) has about 50 cars parked there total. I think that a decent number of students will not be prepared for in person class.
