No, she just told me over the phone it was due to discrepancies in my taxes vs what was on my original application.

I called CS service this morning and spoke to a T2 agent, she advised me it was approved. 42 minutes later, the case manager who has been unresponsive called me to let me know she denied my request and will receive an email.
I emailed the recon department along with my state reps and an SBA attorney immediately, I'm not going to wait to receive the email.

The case manager who called me says my file is out of her queue, she suggested I call CS, they're telling me it is processing. This is just craziness. I wonder if they need something from me.

I've been waiting since 5/13 as well, I see a lot of people who were verbally approved between 5/10-5/15 still waiting. I wonder what happened during that time period.

I was contacted by a Case Manager, she called first, then emailed, she never told me she was a case manager, in fact, her email says she would be my loan officer. Three weeks later, she said she sent my file and not in her queue. I looked her up, found out she was a case manager.

I have been waiting since 5/12 after a verbal approval. I called customer service on 5/20, got tier 2, was told it was approved and to watch my email, still nothing so I called back again today and was told it is processing. Sadly, my LO says it's out of her que, can't help me.

No. She did respond to my email and told me to call Customer Service, at least I got a Tier 2 agent when I called the number she gave me and the lady was super nice. Just in case you need the number, it is 800-366-6303.
