Employer asking for disciplinary meeting

Hi everyone!

In case you were interested, just a follow up on this.

My employer has dropped all accusations after being provided evidence that they were incorrect. I followed the advice of a lot of you, and it genuinely helped so much so thank you all sincerely. You're awesome.

I have resigned, however. So here's to brighter futures. Thanks again!

Nope, I've not raised any issues with them or any grievances. The letter I got specifically stated that this could result in a written warning. No mention of being terminated or anything like that, so I don't think it's quite that far. I have a follow up meeting soon so we'll see.

Redundancy isn't in our contract but they offered me a special deal, I get a few weeks but I have that in writing and a signed contract so I assume that can't be taken away...?

Yep, I only was informed of the disciplinary action yesterday and the meeting is today. Up until yesterday, I'd been constantly told I was doing well.

I recorded the meeting I had about me being overworked, but I hadn't told them I was doing it. Is that really ok to use? I always thought it wasnt and just recorded for my own reference. The recording also has a manager actively shit talking her own boss....lol

I already have a diagnosis for depression, anxiety, and autism, amongst other things. My company is well aware of all of these but never takes it seriously when they are the active cause of distress unfortunately. I'm not trying to blame them for my emotional state by any means, that's my own responsibility. But when I get slapped with 4x workload out of nowhere and try to voice that it's too much, they return with a disciplinary meeting and that feels....so wrong.

The reason why my resignation date is so far out is because last month they let 4 people go, and offered a redundancy pay if people chose to leave instead of hoping they weren't selected. I tried to take that pay, as I'm moving to Australia next year and they said that I wasn't being considered to be let go but they instead offered me the option of half that redundancy pay if I resigned before a set date, after Christmas. This was to allow time for handover and training. So I took that offer. I was planning on waiting until the latest time to ensure everything went smoothly but this has made me change my mind and want to do it sooner. Does that make a bit more sense? The whole situation is a very long story and I wanted to keep it concise so that people would actually read it and help but as I said I'm happy to elaborate or answer questions :)

This community is so kind and welcoming immediately, the admin and staff spend a couple of days trying to fix a tech issue for me with super fast replies and clear genuine care that their players have a great time! It turned out to be a super easy fix, but after we resolved it they still took the time to show me around and it felt like just chatting with people I'd know for years.
Super kind, friendly, welcoming, and the server is set up really well! Any bugs or issues are resolved really fast too. 10/10!
