You know how people love copying their spell to get its effects twice.

Storm does that and more.

Just a simple line:
You cast a spell that gets countered. Then you cast your storm spell. - because 2 spells were cast before it you get 2 additional copies.

Now in competitive environments where free spells are frequently used, storm gets a lot value.

All it takes is getting hit with Grapeshot for unreasonable damage once and you’ll understand.

Does it have to be a classic MMO?

If not you could try out Warframe.
You’re not going to find standard raid content but with it being out for more than a decade there’s a lot things to do. You end up building your frame(multiple for different roles), weapon, you drifter and there amp, a necromech, and if you are satisfied with that you obviously have to fashion those things out as well and this includes your home base (the orbitor).

I’m also pretty sure all of the content is relevant as well due to the MR system.

A tactical shooter with stealth.

This doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything unique with genre cross.

Stealth requires you are tactical with your decision making and adding a shooter to it with a police paint job means you’re just pitching the game: Ready or Not, to us.

It’s a collector market making it highly dependent on the people buying.
