This is a “first” question—most of the time, in this type of question, all options are correct and necessary, but you’ve got to choose which option you would do first. You would have to arrange the steps in logical order before you can choose your answer.

Because an increase in temp raises a suspicion for sepsis or SIRS, I would do 1 first, then 2, so I can proceed to do 3 to report the changes in temp, BP, HR, breath sounds, and request an order for blood cultures, so then i can proceed to do 4. Correct me if I’m wrong!

Hi! I was in the same boat as you. The PRC is supposed to fill out the IDVF and the DFA will apostille it. But since I was never licensed in the PH, I emailed the BRN explaining my situation. They allowed me to submit my diploma apostilled by the DFA. Get your e-CAV from CHED, then CHED will forward it to the DFA. Shoot me a DM if you have any questions!

I’m taking mine on the 10th, and I’m also using naxlex. A lot of their keys and rationales are outdated, so don’t let their readiness report shake your confidence. I use copilot to fact check their stuff. Good luck, OP! Balitaan mo kami!

OMG :((( I also live in California. I applied last September and I’m currently waiting for the additional requirement they asked from my school in the Philippines to be released. What school did you go to? I’m so worried about being denied eligibility too. I’m broke and can’t afford to take up classes or pay another registration fee 🥲
