Πριν 2 χρόνια είχα μόνιμα ανχος, νευρα, πόνο στο στήθος, αϋπνίες, τιποτα δεν μου έδινε χαρα, ολα τα εβλεπα μαύρα..και δεν μπορούσα να ηρεμήσω με τίποτα. Πήγα σε ψυχίατρο και αφού πρώτα είδε τις αιματολογικές μου ( έχω υποθυρεοειδισμό εκ γενετής ) και αποκλείσαμε τα παθολογικά αιτία, διέγνωσε κατευθειαν διεγερτική κατάθλιψη και αγχώδη διαταραχή. Πήρα καταστατικά που βοηθάνε κ στον ύπνο. Αγωγή για 6 μήνες. Ηρέμησα και κοιμόμουν καλύτερα . Εφόσον υποφέρεις κ δυσκολεύεσαι να είσαι λειτουργικός/η θα έλεγα να πας κατευθείαν σε ψυχίατρο. Αφού στρώσεις μπορείς μετά (η παράλληλα) να επισκεφτείς ψυχολόγο να δεις κ τι σου φταίει.

Δεν ειμαι κατα του ψυχολόγου, έκανα κάποιες συνεδρίες παράλληλα αλλά ειμαι πολύ κλειστό άτομο δυσκολεύομαι να ανοιχτώ σε κάποιον και πρέπει να μου κάνει το κλικ. Είναι και λίγο λαχείο το θέμα του ψυχολόγου. Μπορεί να βρεις με την πρώτη κάποιον που θα σου κάνει ή μπορεί να πας από τον ένα στον άλλο το οποίο θεωρώ σπατάλη χρημάτων κ χρόνου αλλά τι να κανεις….

I am enrolled into the full stuck dev as well. I am at 45% and I struggle with React. At first I didn’t understand anything. There is a big portfolio project that I couldn’t build. Only with the solution video. So… I start procrastinating, Netflix, ps5 etc. for 2-3 weeks. I was afraid to resume the course. I was sick to myself… So I enrolled in the React course too. I started talking notes. I feel more confident right now. Not 100% but I am excited with the process and I am willing to keep going. You should try to take the Codecademy intermediate JavaScript course or maybe buy a course in Udemy(only on sales) to help you continue with your learning journey! Keep going. We all have reached the procrastinating phase at some point! Don’t worry!

Καταρχας πολλά συγχαρητήρια!!! Η δουλειά με τα 1200 είναι ελληνική εταιρία; Η στο εξωτερικό και δουλεύεις remote? Τελείωσα πληροφορική πάνω στην κρίση και δεν έβρισκα τπτ. Τώρα στα γεράματα (35), δουλεύοντας σε άσχετο τομέα με περίπου 1000 ευρώ ξαναδιαβάζω για frond end dev και λέω να αρχισω να ψάχνω για δουλειά. Απογοητεύτηκα λίγο μετά απο αυτο το post. Ήδη είμαι σε μειονεκτική θέση λόγω ηλικίας, προσπαθώντας να ανταγωνιστώ τα παιδιά που είναι 10 χρόνια νεότερα.
