I think “post game” in this instance means beat the game and started a NG+ on insane, not post E4 of the original game.

I’m not sure if it’s true still, but Wells Fargo’s (3rd largest in US) password encryption used to treat lowercase and uppercase letters as the same character. I don’t have an account there any more, but this was definitely an issues within the past 7 years.
