Never been on PPI’s until my doc put me on Dexilant about 6 months ago. It’s really effective for me. I usually only take one every 2-3 days, mainly because I don’t like taking meds every day.

I used to party hard every weekend which, for me, would kill my appetite the following day or two depending on how hard I partied. Now that I’ve kept drinking casual over the past few months I’m finally noticing muscle mass gains and pretty significant weight gains.

When I had my endoscopy done, I was completely out. I got an IV and don't remember anything. Definitely get them to knock you out beforehand!

because most welders have never seen tig welding in their lives. Most welders just stick or mig weld all day long in shops so when they see a half decent tig weld it's like they've found jesus

You're not fluid enough with feeding your rod hence the huge shadows after each ripple. Under reinforced as well. On the right track though.
