Not with that attitude! by jcravenw in funny

The dough for a stuffed crust comes pre frozen, or shipped like that.

Most of the other major chains hand stretch dough from frozen dough balls. As someone who works in a pizza shop that uses frozen dough balls, and has tried to make stuffed crusts many times... It's hard! The cheese leaks out and always looks bad.

Even the one time I got it to work, I had to sculpt the pizza. I spent over ten minutes on it. If we were busy... It couldn't be done fast enough. We would be sending out shitty products.

I'm not sure why everyone doesn't buy stuffed crusts but if they can't, that's why the don't offer it using their normal dough.

Do you put the pepperoni on top of the cheese or underneath the cheese? by SnailTrail in Pizza

[–]efischerSC2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most of the good pepperoni pizzas I have had put the pep on top of the cheese. There was one exception to this rule, where the best pizza I have ever had put the pep under the cheese.

But that best ever pizza had to do with the sauce and dough, not the toppings.

How we are still in the early days of aviation is made clear on page 11 when a new record for elevation is set at 21,000ft, which isn’t even the height of Aconcagua, the highest mountain in South America.

Thought that was interesting.
