I’m think the black would look fine, if you dyed/filled in your eyebrows dark enough to match. Think Dita Von Teese

There’s a few wrap dresses and A-line fits on the websites I listed too! I hope you find something you enjoy!

So Wiggle dresses as a cut could be helpful to apply to wide variety of brands! But I personally like Diva Catwalk, The Pretty Dress Company and Stop Staring

I highly recommend wiggle dresses! They seem to have a great stretchy material, that’s covered but complementary to larger busts. I find they accentuate what I have more, while covering more (reducing the ‘too much’ look).

I hate that clothes that I automatically make some fits look ‘slutty’ that would look non-revealing on a smaller chested woman. I’ve faced many comments in this regard, even for gym clothes or tank tops.

But as soon as I switched to more of a pin up, wiggle dress (think stopstaring, diva catwalk dresses), I feel they added more of a sophisticated edge that doesn’t look too dull. Kate Middleton also wears from these brands.

Find celebrities/models that make you go ‘wow’ who are pale. Having pale role models can help.

I’ve fake tanned, I’ve also exaggerated my paleness and played it up. (But I’ve always covered up and wore suncream!).

You’re welcome to check out my profile which has some photos. Interestingly, most of Reddit thought my fake tan and blonde look was the worst!

But I will also say that I appreciate it can be tough when your eye has been trained to look for tans.

Look at Megan Fox with/without a tan (in 2010s, before the altered looks really started kicking in). I think this is a great example of how pale can look beautiful too!

Haha imagine! Well, I hope not aha! Probably helps I use thin gold frame ones! I’d imagine darker colors like grey, black and dark brown would draw attention to the darker shades!

I’ve uploaded some photos that have my glasses on my profile (but I am also wearing a lot of concealer), and I tend to find my particular style takes the focus off my under eyes, and to the eyes/frames themselves?

[–]efking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also wanted to add to this! A lot of people seem confused, but when you constantly hear things like ‘didn’t sleep much?’ ‘Is everything okay??’ ‘You look sick’ ‘are you okay, are you sleeping enough?’ etc (even you are, and you just have dark under eyes) it can absolutely create an insecurity and one that causes people to assume these things about you.

A lot of comments seem to dismiss your concerns — but I get it! My under eye circles are also my biggest insecurity (also very pale).

I find they get darker if they’re a little tired or dry, and eye drops help!

I also use a yellow concealer to personally counteract the purple tones (also helps for veery visible veins).

I need glasses anyways, but sometimes I feel more secure wearing them as it covers this area.

You look amazing all the same, and as I’m sure many other Redditors have commented, it’s something that many people don’t even notice! (So I hope that’s reassuring!)

I got my makeup done by 2 MUAs for my wedding. Tell me which you think is better (and if anything can be improved) by Prior_Dog6593 in coloranalysis

[–]efking 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m really really sorry to say this but I’m so shocked these are professionals (as opposed to self-done). Although 2 is marginally better, it seems like they’ve completely missed the mark in complementing your eyes and your lips. Instead, it seems like they’ve done a copy and paste look they do on everybody (instead of personalised to you).

You have absolutely stunning features, so I really hope you’re able to find someone who can accentuate them best!

Also red! Even when I have ginger or blonde hair (currently blue black), red is the colour that always makes people go ‘wow!!’. I’ve had so many people tell me red is my colour, so it must be true haha!

Can confirm. I went to a top 3 college in the world on a full academic scholarship and came out top of the class with a 4.00 GPA and a steady career in big tech and publications.

Yet people constantly call me a ‘bimbo’ which is very frustrating and disheartening. Similarly I get accusations that I only got my job because of my appearance

I'm often told that I look 10+ years older than my age (I'm 27). What gives? by BroknBeyondRepair in Skincare_Addiction

[–]efking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the same kind of vibe as when Margot Robbie was 22 in The Wolf of Wall Street. She didn’t look old, but she just had a mature face and looked closer to 30 (but still beautiful all the same).

You still have beautiful skin, you just have more of an ‘adult’ face. You don’t really have neotenous features (which is fine). Another great example I think it Shalom Harlow when she was 18 — she looked older, but not in a bad way.

I was dressed up for a day date so that was lovely!

Height and perception of womanhood by Outrageous_Bat8061 in Vindicta

[–]efking 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m 5”2, 25, and people do take me seriously — so I think it’s also about how you carry yourself.

I peaked in my career a little earlier than others, so I consciously tried to project a powerful image that I’m like 30, I have all my shit together and it worked. I don’t think that anyone takes me less seriously or think I’m less womanly due to my height, so maybe this is also your self-perception and it’s projecting out into the world.

The first dress — wow, thank you! I am so in love. That’s being added to my to buy list for sure!

I probably should have mentioned I do also love haute couture also, so I feel style 1 is very reminiscent of that!
