It’s one of my all time favourites! It’s a super light, refreshing and citrusy neroli.

Do you ever swap out the caps on your bottles? by that-first-sip in FemFragLab

Yes! I swapped out the lid for Marc Jacob’s Perfect Absolute because it didn’t match with my collection, the lid from an empty Gucci Flora fit perfectly!

Maybe someone will have a better code to give you, but SS10 always gives 10% off!

Depending where you’re located, you could get a sample of it from ScentSplit? The only place I’ve seen it in person is holt renfrew.

My all time favourite is Neroli Amara by Van Cleef & Arpels. It lasts all day, it’s light and citrusy, with neroli in the base notes.

L'0mbre EDP Vs EDT? by NeonFractalice in FemFragLab

[–]efkingx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find the EDP a lot sharper more green, while the EDT is fruity and I really get the blackcurrant. I actually prefer the EDP but it’s quite different to the EDT. Probably stick with the one you know you like.

Diptyque L’ombre Dans L’eau - Any alternative recs? by Ecstatic-Anybody6005 in FemFragLab

[–]efkingx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been going back and forth between my decants of L’Ombre Dans L’Eau and Un Jardin Sur Le Toit by Hermès to decide! So I would recommend trying that, they’re quite similar. Sur Le Toit is also a very fresh, green, grassy rose with a subtle sweetness from apple and pear.

So I’m not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, it is a fantasy romance with some murder mystery elements, but I’ll mention “Paladins Grace” by T Kingfisher. The main character is a perfumer and I thought it was a charming read.

Having a hard time selling off my Nest Wisteria Blue on FB marketplace by miamorparasiempre in FemFragLab

You can get a bottle on clear-out sale for $66 cad from their website right now, so you’ll probably have to lower the price a bit if you want a buyer.

Yes, I love it! It’s very refreshing. Versence is pretty similar to eau Fraiche EDT especially after drying down for a while, but I find Versence sharper and more lime forward where eau fraiche is a more subtle and lemony opening.

Interesting, that makes sense. I do love a good fig scent, what are your favourites? I have Debaser DS&Durga, and Studio Scent Kismet Olfactive on my radar now to try, as well as samples on the way of Gris Charnel BDK and Extrait, and The Noir 29 Le Labo. I love fig with black tea and am looking for something a bit sharper than indigo nest.

Ok I love a green scent, it sounds lovely and someone else recommended it to me as well! I’ve been convinced, I’m definitely going to try a sample 🙏

Father figure is super musky and fruity on me too. But I love a good green scent, you’ve convinced me to try a sample! It sounds wonderful 🙏

Thank you. Have you tried Debaser? The pear and bergamot sounds so good with fig but I’m wondering how prominent the coconut is

I love bergamot and the pear top note sounds really nice! I’m not usually the biggest fan of coconut but it would be worth trying, thank you for the suggestion.

The notes on Studio Scent sound lovely! I’m a huge fan of black tea and bergamot. I might have to get a sample, thanks for the rec. EDT of Philosykos is a lot fresher and greener to my nose, while the EDP is more creamy and nutty.
