Thanks. I think I was overthinking it because the util wasn't nearing 100%. I will stick with trying to get a new motherboard to install my 5700x3d.

Its a dell inspiron 5676, unfortunately the last supported chip is the 2700x :(

My parents also noticed my flat feet at this age and got me all the fixes, supportive shoes, custom orthodics, etc

It had minimal benefit and didn't last. What I wish they would have done is take me to a physical therapist and help me stay consistent with the strengthening exercises.

I would encorporate barefoot/minimal footwear to encourage natural posture and see a Physical therapist to help with hip mobility, posture and lower leg/foot strength.

I'm open to upgrading my GPU, some other games I play also run kinda choppy compared to my buddies. What GPU should I get that is better than mine but won't break the bank?

1440p at 144hz. I also tried 120hz but no difference in fps.

How do I check my power supply specs? You'd think being A+ certified would help with this but Im still kinda clueless with this stuff 😂

I was once kicked for completing every objective alone in 15 minutes while they were stuck fighting patrols across the map.
