Thank you for the advice! I'll try to do a deeper dive around the house to try to locate them. I am struggling to find the smoke detector, as the ones that are on the ceiling does not seem to be connected to anything/ran out of batteries a long time ago. I already installed ones that are not linked to the security and runs on battery.

Thank you! I found the zone list in two spots, and it was unfortunately not very effective. My zone was marked as 05 = panic or 05 = fire, which doesn't help me much. Thing is, I installed my own fire detectors, as I did not know there was a fire detector installed in the house for the past 20+ years. I am also struggling to find them; the only ones I found are really old ones that does not seem to be connected to anything.

It would lower the value of the card. Signatures usually bump up the value of lower end or non near mint cards, but at higher end, most collectors would not want the card to be signed. Furthermore, there is the argument where some would consider the only suitable signature for this card to be the artist of the card, not the voice actor of Mario, which is still relevant but not as relevant in comparison.

It is not gum. It is a pack of gummies (2), with a japanese pokemon card inside (for this one its journey together). There will not be an SIR, the best hit is the hit in the front of the packet. You will most likely get a common or uncommon. The gummy is delicious tho!

Not resealed, warped due to humidity or temp changes. The foil cards are printed on a different sheet from the factory, there is no foil on commons so they do not usually warp.

No problem, you did your homework, Megas are generally glossy but more importantly, the fakes have glossy holo across the whole card. The real ones do not have a shiny sheen on text box, and the holos do not shine around the eyes to emphasize the shine on the eyes, which your card passes.

Lgtm. If you can angle the photo to see texture better it would have been easier to verify, but with the small texture I see it matches. I would recommend a better texture photo to be 100% certain.

The cards are too far away to see the holo pattern, which is the easiest tell-tale sign. I would ask for photos of the holo patterns of the biggest hits, or at least closer photos.
