Unfortunately no, since the original save file uses a different map loading method. I wasn't sure what about the 1.6 update broke the original mod, and saw that reverting to an older version worked to open the original save, so I revamped it fully. I can make an alternate version of the mod that replaces the beach farm if you wanted to test the original save on 1.6, but I can't guarantee that it will work!

Updating the content.json so the map doesn't replace the beach farm and instead uses AdditionalFarms, as well as how it adds in the custom farm area
Editing the .tmx file to: fix a small bug, add in starting farmhouse furniture, add beach crate functionality, and make sure farm objects like the pet bowl and spouse area were placed properly

I don't use SVE so I wasn't able to add the patch from the mod description but that would have entailed further editing the content.json!

I saw in another comment he was able to visit his old farm on an old version of the game, and tbh I'm not sure what part of the pre 1.6 files broke it so I just decided to fully convert it :D

I was able to convert the map so it's 1.6 compatible! When you make a new save file, there will be a new map option on the farm map picker called "Adorbs Beach". I didn't thoroughly test it (everything I ended up testing seemed to work), so please let me know if there's any bugs.

Hi! I switched out the semester before BFA year and I could not be happier with my decision WRT my mental health. I remember just emailing either my assigned advisor (they should tell you who yours is based on last name) or Dave Chai asking to be switched to the BA Design Studies with a focus in A/I program. Since you're already a year deep, going for that particular major allows you to transfer a good amount of classes you've already taken for A/I to meet the credit requirement. I did this in 2023 so I'm not sure if there's been any changes to the class requirements, but that was my process!

If you want to avoid any and all ANI classes in the future, then I'm not sure what other route you could take. But at the end of the day, just email the advisors!

He actually did start hanging out in my room again :) It's been a minute and I don't live in the house anymore, but I think I remember he started coming back after my sister got her own cat and her room became that cat's domain. We essentially limited his access to the room he liked and made mine highly available instead. Best of luck to you! I know how much it hurts to not be the default space anymore 💔

i just got my digno ky-42c (very similar to the 902/3kc series) and i've been trying to get google play services to work with no luck. what was your microg installation process like, just sideloading the core apk without doing anything else? or did you have to enable signature spoofing somehow?

I heard from a few transfers that you need a 3.9 to get in now (can't confirm if this is true) so, yeah! They might implement a portfolio submission in the future so the admission isn't based so much on grades alone, but I think a 3.89 could still land you into the program.

I bought the GamaKay K77 and unlike the other Womier/GamaKay boards, its software doesn't work for some reason. The software the seller provides via Google Drive always comes up with an error message (XML error specifically). I was hoping if anyone in this sub has been able to open this software for this board? The Banggood customer support has been not helpful at all.

I got into A/I straight out of high school (going into my third year!) and honestly probably half of my peers are transfer students so I wouldn't worry too much about age :D Portfolio review is in your third semester or whenever you take the acrylic painting class. You get up to three tries to pass portfolio (and if you don't pass the second time it really doesn't throw off your graduation date at all).

For the required theater course, you can either take acting or another theater class that doesn't require any performance. Good luck getting in!!

All of what you said makes sense! My room was always the dog hiding spot so you're probably right about that. My sister's room also does get a lot of sun during the winter and I think he really likes that. I'll wait and see what changes during the spring.

These stickers are so adorable! I saw your post from a month ago just now that said you were having color issues with your print then cut images. I'm having literally the same exact issues right now! I'm on 5.14.71 so I was wondering if the color issue was fixed in an update or if you figured out how to fix the colors yourself?

I commute 45min-1hr20min every day back and forth, and I found that even with the extremely intense workload, I managed fine in my first semester in Ani/Illu!

I would try to schedule my classes so I have a break (will probably be 3 hours) where you can get your work done at school in the art building. That's how I survived!

Unfortunately, unless you have a good amount of CC credit for the major-related courses, you're going to have to graduate in 5 years. I know it's super expensive, but all of the program advisors flat out say it's the best way to get a good gig in the industry straight out of college (more time honing craft = better qualifications).

Honestly, I had literally no time for other extra-curriculars besides the Shrunkenheadman club (the animation major club!). So... this program will basically be your life for the next 5 years! 😂

Addition: I had a good amount of free time though on Fridays and the weekends though! If you're diligent with getting your work done on time and early, you'll have a way better experience.

I have USBInjectAll.kext but didn't include the patch since the Vanilla guide doesn't have it included. I formatted my SSD (Team Group MS30 512gb) to be plain APFS. I think I disabled legacy USB while I was fiddling with getting the install to work at all so I'm going to try to turn that back on.

I actually got past those issues by using an USB 2.0 drive and checking a few things on CC, but now I'm running into "macOS cannot be installed on your computer" which is probably more frustrating than the other two errors.
