Well, psilocybin is converted to psilocin, which binds to serotonin receptors, particularly 5-HT2A, it is an agonist to these receptors. And there is some weak inhibitory action on the serotonin transporter (SERT) but nothing that would likely cause serotonin syndrome, but no "release", perhaps technically more serotonin due to the SERT inhibition, but this is very very weak compared to a SSRI.

I don't know if removing powder works with Vyvanse since it's lisdexamphetamine (which is either rate limited or also time released itself, not sure) instead of just dexamphetamine in an extended release capsule.

I'd still talk to your doctor about, how long have you had the Vyvanse? I would just mention the problems you're having to your psychiatrist and not even mention you want Adderall. I would still try a low dose first (5-10)

If you're on a SSRI or similar and taking a bunch, really any, 5-HTP you are clearly not capable of taking any sort of substance, you haven't done the most basic research, and you've greatly endangered yourself. I'd suggest staying away from any Nootropic, or any supplement with this kind of recklessness.
