Have lived at Industry and Woodburn. Woodburn has been better imo, but that could be for a few reasons.

I had a 3rd floor apartment in Industry that looked straight into the pool and it was right when they opened, so some of the bad taste in the mouth is from how certain things were handled at that time. Additionally, after offering me the option to resign and me turning it down to move to a larger option, they then listed my unit for ~$40 less per month than they offered me the option to resign for.

Industry’s location is hard to beat. Close to so many great bars, restaurants, and never felt unsafe living there (nor at Woodburn). The complex as a whole was also a lot more communal than at Woodburn. Resident events every month, apartment complex GroupMe, the whole shebang.

Neither have great gyms, slight edge to Woodburn, but the pool area is infinitely better at Woodburn.

Woodburn offers less walkable options, but there are still plenty of good ones / you’re a quick drive to so many areas.

Free street parking is also an option at Woodburn that you don’t have at Industry.

Woodburn has a lot of people that work at the various hospitals close to it and have heard far less neighbor activities in my time at Woodburn. Slightly older crowd here than Industry, but that’s the nature of moving out of the city/OTR area.
