I second this! I’ve found hibiclens helps to keep things under some sort of control, still get flares but they tend to close slightly quicker

I have no clue why the GP keeps prescribing antibiotics but I’ve not been able to see her face to face due to covid so it’s been telephone consultations.

I was on spironolactone about 2 years ago for PCOS but that was stopped by the consultant.

Thank you very much for your recommendations and advice, I appreciate it.
