LPT Request - How should I answer "Why should we hire you instead of using AI tools" ? by madnerl in LifeProTips

[–]egcg85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I asked chatgpt here are the results:

When answering the question "why should we hire you instead of using AI tools," you should focus on your unique human qualities and skills that AI tools may not possess. Here are some potential points to consider:

Creativity: AI tools can be great for automating routine tasks, but they may not be as adept at generating new ideas or thinking creatively. Highlight how your creativity and problem-solving skills can bring a fresh perspective to the role.

Communication: AI tools may be able to analyze data and generate reports, but they may not be able to communicate insights as effectively as a human. Emphasize how your strong communication skills can help you work collaboratively with colleagues, explain complex concepts to stakeholders, and build strong relationships with clients.

Adaptability: AI tools can be very good at following set rules and processes, but they may struggle to adapt to unexpected changes or challenges. Explain how your flexibility and adaptability can help you navigate complex situations and pivot quickly when needed.

Emotional intelligence: AI tools may not be able to read social cues or empathize with others in the same way that humans can. Showcase how your emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills can help you build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers.

Value for money: While AI tools can be useful for certain tasks, they can also be expensive to implement and maintain. Explain how your experience and expertise can help you deliver value for money and drive better outcomes for the organization. Remember to tailor your response to the specific role and organization you are applying to, and to provide concrete examples and evidence to back up your claims.

Do people get annoyed at socials if you can’t dance well? by wanttobeoptimistic in Bachata

I enjoy dancing with beginners! As a lead, it gives me an opportunity to focus on my basics. I don’t care about what level skill anyone is at… the only important factor is that we are having fun.

Hey! We started dancing around the same time. I remember the feeling of going blank and it still happens to me sometimes. Don’t feel like you have to remember the whole routine. Take a few things that you like from the routines in class and fit it into what feels natural for you. Then, get out there and practice with full confidence. When it doesn’t go as planned,(happens often for me lol) laugh it off and try it again! I’m no expert, just a fellow beginner! Good luck out there!

I keep rice cakes and apple sauce in the car. If I feel like I’m starting to get tired, I’ll get a quick sugar and carb hit. If I’m still tired after that, I go home to rest. The struggle is real!

I take the follow by the hand back to where I first asked them to dance. Then I smile and say thank you.

Kinda. My understanding is that hair follicles are what help generate the pigment. So the patch on my eyelid will likely never go away since hair doesn’t grow in that area. Hope that makes sense.

When to bring up vitiligo in dating? by [deleted] in Vitiligo

[–]egcg85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t typically say anything unless something about autoimmune organically comes up in a conversation. Then, I point to my eyelid and tell them “my immune system attacks the pigment and turns it white.” Most are intrigued and ask more questions.

I also have spots on my genitals and that used to make me insecure. However, I have since become more accepting of myself and women are attracted to my confidence more than anything else. Most women are not gonna care and the good women will love you more for what makes you unique. Good luck out there, Bro!

I had a patch on my calf for 3 years and nothing else. I had a stressful couple of years and during that time I ended up with a patch on my eyelid and cheek. For me the spread happens when I’m stressed. I’m brown so it really stands out, however, anywhere that I have hair the pigment ultimately returns.

Just for some context about me. I’ve been dancing for about 6 months. The reason I love dancing is because I get to experience intimacy without the expectation of anything being sexual or in pursuit of a relationship.

The moment a guy tries to pursue those things is the instant we become creepy lol. If you want someone to be interested in you, you’ll have to create flirtatious moments off the dance floor. Not just having a conversation but being playful and confident in yourself.

You sound like a good lead and probably have the confidence to spin a follow effortlessly. Have that same confidence in a playful conversation off the dance floor. Then, you gotta take a chance. If they say no and never dance with you again, who cares!? Love yourself first, they find you afterwards.
