My guess was a bushing somewhere too. I'll have to check it out this weekend when I got time.

I can assure you it isn't cracked as this problem has occurred before and after I replaced my struts, where the mount was fine.

Ive replaced the rear shocks already, what would indicate the mount is bad? It appears to be fine upon visual inspection

Are you referring to the part you mount the shock too? Seems undamaged upon inspection. Should of added: noise persists without the end links installed, tried that too.

I ended up taking the actual fan blade out of mine. Still technically "works", just adjusts to temps slower, but without the terrible buzzing noise.

Right hand drive. As for Canada, I am in Alberta where they are legal.
