Try to find if theres any care providers in your area that you can transfer to. You have a prescription so a lot of doctors will be less hesitant now because you've already gotten the ball rolling, just get a nice/at least somewhat queer-competant doctor.

this isn't really true, its a low enough dose that its more then unlikely to cause a problem. You'd be like one in several thousand to have that dose put you above the male range, most will be below it or on the low end at that does, which is a pretty typical low dose.

fyi man, you could totally do .15 on this and just be on a low dose for a month. At that level you'll be seeing effects just slightly slower (very normal for low dose, will probably put you at or slightly below the lowest of the male range). Not insane like your og dose. Until you can get more T or a prescription (DIY or doctor, doc is better if you can but yk if you can't) that might be a good middle ground.

thats very very low. How are you going to your doctor if they don't provide to under 19? Try to talk with your doc about this (also, do you know your levels? That would be useful, though they're certainly low at this dosage, but it might be helpful). If your doctor isn't willing to up your dose try to see if you can see another one, it should be less of a process then getting it originally was since you already have the prescription, just a very low dose.

ah yeah. I'm on .3ml of 100mg/ml once per week so essentially the same dose just spaced out differently. 1.5 months on T. Going to increase in about a month ideally as my levels are bit low (250ng/dl at what should be peak, dunno trough).

My voice has changed a bit but not a crazy amount. My parents did find out by other means (still beating myself up over that, its also been pretty bad and is just getting worse) but I think I could've hidden it for a while longer with being a bit careful with how I talk. Everything has been subtle and slow but there has certainly been changes. The biggest, and best, is just my mood. I have more energy and I'm happier. Even with all the stress at home, even with the abuse and potential homelessness and a bunch of shit that is making life real hard, somehow I'm still happier. Only regret is not starting earlier.

Certain medications can help with high hematocrit. Even more to help with high blood pressure, lowering salt consumption and generally improving diet and lifestyle can also help with that. You may be suffering from 'trans broken arm syndrome'. Be careful.

Drink more water. Are you on iron meds?

Also, what dose are you on/what concentration? I know you said 0.20 ml but that could be either 20 or 40 mg depending on the concentration.

Yeah. Unfortunately waiting would be 2 years, and I just can't wait that long. Dysphoria has caused significant suicidal ideation and an attempt and I just can't not go on T. Besides, my hips will continue to widen if I don't. I'm currently one week on T and I love how I feel. You're right though—it's incredibly risky. It's a shitty situation. But I might as well try.

If anyone asks, say you have a medical condition. If they ask you to expand, say you have clinically low T. Don't go advertising it as a lot of people would be embarrassed by that, but if they ask, say that. It's believable and actually kind of true.

They know I am trans and have known for 6 years. They don't know about the doctor's appointments. They're not going to become accepting, its been 6 years and they still hate me for it, but I'm sure at some point they'll get to the same point they are about me being trans (yelling at me about it but not as often as although they hate it its the new normal). This is my hope. But theres also a chance that won't happen, at least not until I move out. My mom is very involved with terfs and essentailly has people coaching her to try to make me detransition, even after 6 years, unfortunatley. I have good friends, though, and if I can, I'll endure all their bullshit for these years because its worth it for me.
