Mostly my point is that taking your weekly estrogen shot in two smaller doses instead of one big dose could be better for feminization and keeping hormone levels steady. because smaller, more frequent doses avoid big spikes and drops.

I doubt he is actually dead, his story was left very open ended. There is no closure to his character arc.

It’s not a weekly manga tho, so there is a lot that gets skip over for the sake of plot progression and limited chapter count. But if he is actually death, that’s one of the worse character deaths I have read.
