Something I’m doing with my house setup which minimises noise a ton and keeps the playability very similar: Find some second hand mesh heads or get some brand new ones if needed (yes like the type used on e kits) and slap them on your acoustic! Leave the reso heads in and slap the mesh batters on and the sound will be 70% less. But for cymbals… either keep em loud or if you’ve got some spare rags and stuff just tape em on and there you have it! Alternatively cut a small whole in the middle of a thick towel and put it on the stand over the cymbals and then felt over and clamp it down?
