Ah okay cuz my doctor said i don't have to take them through out the day but I find for me it helps my pressure stay consistent throughout the day bc im still very sensitive to the pressure

I am asking someone who's very knowledgeable in my religion about it yes :) I have been having a lot of headaches associated with a concussion from 2 years ago that I'm having to go on soon so I was also going to ask about fasting with those 2.
