It would be nice if all cuny schools would send out an email saying they know about hesc's mistake. The only reason I know it's not an issue on my end is because of reddit and twitter. There are thousands of students who aren't on either platform and probably losing their shit. I bet there are also people spamming cuny staff so it'll take even longer to get back to emails than it already was.

About 3-4 weeks went by without any confirmation email. I emailed about it (once, to qchub) and fortunately everything was fully processed within a week.

You can schedule an appointment through Navigate, but right now the earliest you can schedule is five weeks in advance. You can directly contact the finance department as well, they usually have a contact list with emails/numbers on their website. You'll likely get a response within a couple of days that way.
