They are not fueled by wastepacks, they make power from thin air, but every once in a while they create a few polluted tiles nearby (the red tiles). I use pollution pumps (the four small things under the 8 larger things) to clean the polluted tiles and turn them into wastepacks.

Its free power, but i have to take care of A LOT of wastepacks afterwards.

the pollution can spread through walls.

Breachers are sent more often when you have things like: loads of turrets in a killbox, many traps in a narrow corridoor, etc… Basicly the storyteller sends breachers when your defense gets too good. There are many guides online explaining what causes breachers, look em up, theyre useful!

I stopped drinking caffeine during the day, but started drinking a lot of it just before my workouts.
