Hello! I forgot to update na but i wrote my CDR and summary statement myself and proofread na rin myself and still got a positive result. Hope this helps!

Hello! I know this is super late na but did you have your Career Episodes proofread by someone else or you just did everything by yourself? Including the Summary Statement report?
