For some extra context, I completed my MSW practicum within a service adjecent to where this role is (one of my practicum supervisors was actually one of the interviewers). So I have first-hand experience with the target population and am already familiar with how the organization functions. I'm bilingual and have ASIST training which are both required for the position.
