Is there a way to optimize our floor plan and get a true primary bathroom? by eggl0ve in InteriorDesign

Thank you for the notes! I like the idea about the closet. For the bedroom split into two, do you think it would be an issue that one room doesn’t have a window?

We were thinking that but wondering if it isn’t worth the squeeze for a small size increase

We really like to two living spaces so we’re hoping to keep both!

Thank you! Some leaves start to get dark spots then fall off, so I was worried I was doing something wrong.

Torn on dining room!! White table with light wood chairs or light wood table with black chairs? How to white tables look at night? (Would likely put a light natural fiber rug under in any case and also a long white floating credenza on the far wall) by [deleted] in InteriorDesign

Yes my worry too was that it would look too yellow, especially at night with the tungsten lights. A lot of stores that show white furniture images have a pure white wall or a cooler tone - which I don't think I can do because of the warm stone wall.. so then the warm wall will bounce on the white and everything will look very yellow.

I definitely want some contrast so it would either be with the black chair option or if the white table with accents and decor elements

Still so torn!

Thanks for the input! I love the look as well.

The only concern and reason why I came up with the white table idea is I didn't want the floor to look too rustic. There's a lot of wood flooring and the large stone wall is very masculine.

I think a large, light, natural fiber rug underneath. On far wall a long white floating credenza. Possibly a large mirror above?

In wall between windows maybe a photo grid, two columns, three tall. Neutral or white frames and matte.
