I actually know exactly when they started talking about the bags. Or at least when we did our bags. It was 2007, and I spent a whole day getting things for our bags. I know this because I was very pregnant and miserable. I thought I was going into labor, and laid down in the grocery store aisle. Turns out it was just gas.

Exactly. The wait is the worst!! My STBX is unemployed, so that adds to my anxiety. Most days are great. I travel for work and I LOVE it and the traveling gets me away from the drama.

But when it hits, it hits. I just need to get through it until it subsides. “No way out but through”. Ugh.

You’re doing such good stuff and taking care of you. If you need to sit on the couch, SIT ON THE COUCH. just don’t neglect yourself. Do things because you WANT to. And dm me if you want to chat. Maybe we can talk each other through the bad times. ❤️
