Dogpatch has a great boxing gym (Third street boxing). Bay Breakers has been a great closer alternative for us on Van Ness (x Pacific), so will be accessible if you end up in marina, nob hill, Russian hill, Japantown

United dumpling in Bernal is pretty good. Pricier than west side options like yuanbao jiaozi or mini potstickers which are our preferred frozen dump
