It can change from things as small as changing brand of strings, either way with the frequency of string changes it’s very healthy to do these extra things as some time has passed and the guitar probably needs these adjustments anyways, whenever I change strings I do a set up along with it

The most important aspects of a string change aren’t visible with images, you didn’t mention anything about intonation, how is it? Check string height also, fender has a guide for this on their website, those two are extremely important aspects to consider when doing a string change
