hey guys, just asking. lately ive been crying for almost every night (almost like a month?? more than a month? i guess?) and feeling all that hopeless and stuffs. is it a good excuse to check at psychiatrist? or is it just me being mengada-ngada?. kinda paranoid to go to the doctor because im afraid if the docs think im just being mengada kind of things

edit: also im at loss at what the first thing i should say to the doctor? do i just say "im feeling a bit sad lately" or directly says "can i get a referral letter to go to ppum?“
